Special Note: Hefei Kexun Chuangxiang Software Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we") attaches great importance to the protection of children's (minors under 14 years of age, the same below) personal information and privacy security. We will explain the relevant rules for handling children's personal information through this "Children's Privacy Protection Policy" (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy"). Unless otherwise stated, the terms and abbreviations used in this Policy have the same meanings as those in the separate privacy policy provided by our products and/or services (hereinafter referred to as "Product Privacy Policy"). In case of any inconsistency with this Policy, this Policy shall prevail; for matters not covered in this Policy, please refer to the Product Privacy Policy.
If you are a child, please be sure to notify your parents or other guardians to read this Policy together, and obtain the consent of your parents or other guardians before using our products and/or services.
If you are a parent or other guardian of a child, you should properly perform your guardianship duties and protect the security of children's personal information. If the child you are guardian of needs to register or use our products and/or services, please be sure to carefully read this Policy and allow, guide, and supervise the child you are guardian of to use our products and/or services after confirming full understanding and agreement to all terms. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, please ask the child you are guardian of to immediately stop using our products and/or services.

1. How We Collect and Use Children's Personal Information
To protect the security of children's personal information and promote the healthy growth of children, we will collect and use children's personal information in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations such as the "Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China," "Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China," "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Minors," and "Provisions on the Protection of Children's Personal Information Online," following the principles of legitimacy, necessity, informed consent, clear purpose, security protection, and lawful use.
When you choose to use our products and/or services for the children you are guardian of, we may need to collect the personal information of the children you are guardian of to perform the necessary services. We will inform you of the purpose, scope, and use of collection in advance and obtain your separate consent.
We may also automatically collect children's personal information through Cookies and similar technologies. For details, please refer to the "How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies" chapter of the Product Privacy Policy.
When we identify that a user is a child based on the information provided by the user, we may collect your contact information, including mobile phone number, and communicate with you through product interaction interface prompts/SMS/phone calls to verify your guardianship relationship with the child you are guardian of.
When you require the child you are guardian of to stop using our products and/or services, we will immediately stop collecting and using the child's personal information.
In some cases, we may not be able to accurately identify whether the personal information processed belongs to children's personal information. In such cases, we will only collect and use personal information according to the rules listed in the Product Privacy Policy.
2. How We Entrust Processing, Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Children's Personal Information
1. Entrusted Processing and Sharing
We will strictly limit the entrusted processing and sharing of children's personal information. When children's personal information must be entrusted for processing or shared, we will conduct security assessments on the third party and sign strict confidentiality agreements with them, requiring them to handle children's personal information in accordance with laws and regulations and this Policy.
2. Transfer
We will not transfer children's personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following cases:
(1) Transfer with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will transfer children's personal information to other parties;
(2) In cases of merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation, if personal information transfer is involved, we will require the new company or organization holding children's personal information to continue to be bound by this Policy.
3. Public Disclosure
We will not publicly disclose children's personal information. If public disclosure is necessary due to legal requirements, we will inform you of the purpose and type of information to be publicly disclosed and obtain your explicit consent before public disclosure.

The personal information we collect and generate during operations in the People's Republic of China will be stored on servers in mainland China.
2. Storage Period
We will only retain children's personal information for the shortest time necessary to achieve the purposes of this Policy. After the above period expires, or after you actively request deletion of children's personal information or cancellation of the account, we will delete or anonymize children's personal information as soon as possible in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. How You Can Exercise Your Rights to Manage Children's Personal Information
In accordance with relevant Chinese laws, regulations, and standards, you can exercise the following rights regarding the processing of children's personal information:
Access and Copy: You have the right to access and copy children's personal information.
Correction and Supplementation: When you discover errors in the children's personal information we process, you have the right to request correction or supplementation.
Deletion: You have the right to request us to delete children's personal information under certain circumstances.
Withdraw Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
Account Cancellation: You have the right to cancel children's accounts.
To ensure security, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We will process your request within 15 working days after verifying your identity.
6. How We Update This Policy
We may revise this Policy from time to time. When the terms of the Policy change, we will show you the changed Policy through appropriate means when you log in and within the version update. Please note that we will only collect and use children's personal information in accordance with the updated Policy after obtaining your consent.
