Welcome to the AI Image Generation Service, which is provided by Hefei Kexun Chuangxiang Software Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kexun Chuangxiang"). When using this service, you will upload your photos, and the system will automatically generate corresponding effect images through AI intelligent models. The specific usage rules are as follows:
1、The photos you upload will only be used for generating the effect images for this single service. We only provide image processing services and will not store or extract identification information, nor use such information for identification purposes. After the service is completed, the system will automatically delete the aforementioned information without retention.
To implement relevant features, we need to upload content containing face data to the server for analysis and processing. Please rest assured that the above materials are only used to generate results for functions and services such as portrait creation and IP design. After the processing is completed, the system will automatically delete the relevant information. We will not store face data, share it with any third parties, or use it for other purposes including identifying specific individuals or verifying personal identities.
2、You warrant that you own the legitimate rights to the uploaded content or have obtained valid authorization from relevant parties and are entitled to use such content for this service. Otherwise, you shall bear all consequences and losses arising therefrom.
3、Kexun Chuangxiang shall use the content licensed by you within the reasonable, necessary and expressly stated scope in accordance with these rules and statements. Your necessary authorization and consent shall not alter the ownership of portrait rights, nor affect any legitimate exercise of your own portrait rights.
4、You warrant that the uploaded content shall not violate any laws, regulations and public order and good morals.
5、Protection of Personal Information
(1) We will process your personal information in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and any relevant confidentiality and security provisions.
(2) We strictly abide by laws and regulations to protect your personal information, and adopt various security protection measures within a reasonable security level to safeguard the security of your personal information and prevent information loss, improper use, unauthorized access or disclosure.

6、Unless otherwise specified in these rules, Kexun Chuangxiang reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the page at its commercial discretion. Unless otherwise stipulated in other rules or documents, Kexun Chuangxiang shall not be liable for such modifications, suspensions or terminations.
7、These rules serve as an annex to the Rabbix User Service Agreement and Rabbix Privacy Policy and shall have the same legal effect. In case of any conflict between these rules and the Rabbix User Service Agreement or Rabbix Privacy Policy, these rules shall prevail. Matters not covered herein shall be governed by the Rabbix User Service Agreement and Rabbix Privacy Policy.
